TUSTIN — Today, the union representing over 120,000 educational employees, the California Federation of Teachers, announced its endorsement of Dr. Asif Mahmood’s campaign for Congress. The CFT is affiliated with the American Federation of Teachers and, in conjunction with the AFL-CIO, represents more than 12.5 million working Americans. Members come from every level of public and private education, and the group is focused on promoting quality education and protecting working conditions for educators.
