TUSTIN — Today, New Jersey Senator and Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Robert Menendez endorsed Dr. Asif Mahmood in his fight to flip CA-40.
“I am proud to endorse Dr. Asif Mahmood’s campaign. I’ve seen firsthand how Dr. Mahmood brings communities together,” said Menendez. “He will be a bridge-builder both here at home and abroad. He is passionate about improving people’s lives and will be a fierce advocate for all of our communities.”
Dr. Mahmood, a pulmonologist and philanthropist, has treated thousands of patients over the last twenty years: ER patients, critical care patients, and inpatients. Asif has dedicated his life and career to helping others both nationally and internationally.
